Martin WTH?

I'm close to sending my 000 hog/adi custom, back to its maker in Nazareth PA. I've struggled with this guitar since purchasing it, constantly tweaking the neck relief, bridge saddle and nut. In addition, it has dead spots all over the neck and it has absolutely no sustain, no matter what strings I use. I'm a little shocked Elderly hasn't said or done anything about mentioning these things to Martin, as they have had this guitar on their bench several times. In spite of it's beautiful appearance, it is by far, the biggest disappointment of a guitar I ever bought/played and I don't know what gives with this guitar. In spite of so much effort, I think it's going to the scrap heap at Martin. Soo frustrated!

Ya, it was fine at the purchase, but has gone on a steady decline. I've never had an instrument that needed so many tweaks. I take it in for a tweak, fine for a week or so, then back to the bench. Very weird!

No biggee, neck relief off again. This weather is really hell on acoustics. Elderly took care of me once again! Once again, an over reaction type thread.

Do you ask that when someone buys a custom guitar?
