Just wanted to pass along a very positive customer service experience I had with Matrix. I purchased a GT800 about a year ago, and over Xmas it started malfunctioning. I would get intermittent volume drops and boosts. I emailed them, went through their very easy repair process online, then sent the unit to them.
Even though I made a mistake and didn't include the PO Box # of the address I sent it to, Matrix was very easy about the whole thing. In fact, instead of repairing the unit, they are sending me a brand new one!
Much respect to Matrix, who not only makes a great product, but really cares about their customers. Awesome!
