    Go to: http://mattehenderson.com/

    Click "Constructs" then "Penguin Tempura".

Very cool to hear Matte's always badass playing via this fine amp... (link posted w/ his permission)

I understand this clip will be up on the main VHT website (vhtamp.com) soon.

Pretty cool although the recording could have used just a bit more Dolby.

    I really like 3100 Demo a lot!

That's a pretty rippin' lead tone.

Great clip. Bass line reminded me of Protocal (I think that's the one) from Scofield.

I have to say that "Penguin Tempura" is one of the best song titles I've heard in a long time.

The amp sounds great, though I think people would like the clip more if it had some reverb/delay.

Mattes playing is superb as always, but I don't think that clip does the amp any justice....

Mebbe so. Glad he cut it bone dry, here. Word has it he's working up another clip to satisfy his HCF acolytes.

Regardless of Bassomatic's reply to Steve (I like Bassomatic a lot btw, but don't know him.. .hmmm that's strange huh?) I fully agree with Steve. I love Matte's playing but don't feel tonewise that clip offers anything to me . It really doesn't tell me anything , and also doesn't really showcase any really sweet tones.. Playingwise, I totally dig (wow I haven't said' dig' in a long time... maybe since I heard the band named "Dig" ) all Matte's stuff... I mean EVERY SINGLE CLIP I"ve heard. ...

But it does show that the amp can keep up to him (not all designs can) - it's fast and articulate at hi-gain settings, yet still warm on clean tones... The amp offers a huge range of tones, yet still a quick response - many tube amps do not.
And it's simply a clip - gonna be very tough to please everyone...

    +1 for rwe333 and splatt.

Matte just kills as a player - clip demonstrates that really well.

If an amp can keep up with him, then VHT is doing something right...

I don't think the clip was desinged to display what the VHT can do.

I'm with a few others, all I got out of that was some great playing, not too much on the amp, and that's okay, it doesn't mean people are coming down on Matte or VHT, it's just how that particular clip is hitting people.
