Maudio Profire 2626 as guitar line splitter?

    Guys greetings! I need a splitter/mixer for my rig and i have an Maudio audio interface 2626 that i dont use any more.

    Have any of u, used an interface for that reason? Is it possible?

    Any thoughts or feedback will me more than great.

    Well, functionally it should be fine, even if I´m not sure how it would behave without being hooked up to a DAW. Other than that it´s down to the converters to not muck up the tone. Even if you leave the dry tone out of the equation completely the FX will have gone thru A-D/D-A/A-D/D-A before it heads on from the mixer part.

    Since you already have it, give it a try. Then decide if it’s good enough for you.

    4 might be hard... a stereo signal split to 3 pairs is easier.

    I still use a 2626 as my main interface. Convertors are pretty decent and better than. Most people give the M-audio stuff credit for.

    As to your routing needs...sure it should work. Might it color the sound? Maybe, but most things do good or bad.
    The software should do what you need without difficulty. Only issue I have with the software is a glitch that can remove my presets at random times. But it could be just my system. Even if it doesn't work it will give you better understanding of what your needs are
