Recently serviced and issued a clean bill of health. Comes with the head cover and foot switch (with upgraded cable). Will upload more pics tomorrow, but here is one with a few of the brood. Works perfectly, everything in order, just a MONSTER amp with a lot more versatility than I'll ever uncover.
