Trying to figure out the roman numeral analysis for "Message to My Girl" by Neil Finn/Split Enz.

These are the chords as I hear them. Not sure if my designations for different sections are correct, but the chords should be close. There are some sus4 embellishments that I omitted calling out as they don't seem to change the chord qualities.

    Intro: B/C# C#7

    Verse: B/C# C#7 B/C# C#7

    A#m A#mM7 A#m7 A#mM7 A#m B D#

    B/C# C#7 B/C# C#7

    A#m A#mM7 A#m7 A#mM7 A#m B D#

    F# G#

    Chorus: C# F# C# G#m E F# C#sus4 C#

I am unusually stumped by this one. If pressed, I would analyze like so:

    Verse:
    bVII/I I7 bVII/I I7
    B/C# C#7 B/C# C#7

    vi viM7 vi7 viM7 vi bVII V/V
    A#m A#mM7 A#m7 A#mM7 A#m B D#

    bIII IV
    F# G#

    Chorus:
    I IV I v bIII IV Isus4 I
    C# F# C# G#m E F# C#sus4 C#

    Does this look correct?
