    Interesting comparison between the metro-plex and the old plexi. the metro seems more focused with less top end...not a bad thing.

    I'd think it might be a bit more useable.

    Sounds fantastic, with perfect features. (I only wish it was half the physical size).

    Not that you need to reveal anything, but I'm very curious as to how you get a master volume to work that well.

    Thanks a lot for taking a listen.

    The master works well for a couple reasons.
    1. it's a very high quality pot. Far more consistent than the typical cheap pots you find in almost every amp made today. At over 10 times the price you would expect that improvement.
    2. much voicing of the amp happens after the master in the circuit.
