Hi guys I've gona through many ods and my bbd has stayed. This is mainly because I've been able to emulate most of the other ods by tweaking the bbd. Just wondering what your settings are currently and what pedals they've been able to emulate? My current favourite setting is:
    Bright 0, Mid 3, Tone 8, Cha 0, Gain 4

Had my Blue boy deluxe for a couple of days now and im having a hard time to get any nice sound out of it. I now it´s there somewhere but i haven´t find the sweet spot yet. Either it´s to bright or to muddy.
I play thru THD Univalve and use EJ strat.
After the BBD i have a keeley katana booster. Earlier i had a T-rex mudhoney and with both the mudhoney and the booster i got a nice lead tone but it seems that the bbd doesn´t like the booster.

You should really try running the pedal at 18v before you sell it. It's AMAZING at 18v and stacks really well after the Blues Pro.

    My settings are:

    Volume - To taste
Gain - 10 o'clock for light OD & High Noon when stacking with my Blues Pro
    Bright - Noon
    Mids - 5 o'clock
    Tone - Noon
    Character - OFF

Before i sell it i will, try to use 18 V as suggested and also try some different settings, i´m not giving up that easy :nono

But if it doesn´t work out for me i will try a OCD or a Lovepedal Eternity.
Sorry if i destroyed this thread

Well for starters, I thought the bbd sounded great with all knobs at noon besides the character. Don't like fuzz. Haha
