    Hey man-

Landau is such a master at tone, phrasing and everything else you can think of. Im definitely going through a Landau obsession right now. I was messing around on the guitar the other day and I found a cool voicing with a Landauish kind of feel...Maybe .. Anyways, check it out. This is over a E7 kind of chord and it has that dissonance kind of sound and sounds cool if it rings into each other. Hope you dig.

Just rediscovered the tune, "Untitled" from the last live album, and sat down to figure it out. It's super easy, but so ethereal...So many more tunes that I love of his, but this one's on the playlist right now. Anyone know if he ever titled it?

get Ted Greenes Chord Chemistry and you will see where Landau got so many of his great chord voicings, this book is essential for any serious student of the guitar IMO.

Yep--I've had that book and his book "Modern Chord Progressions" for years.
