I have a '77 Greco LP Custom, and want to replace the bridge and tailpiece to a new gold set. I'm finding conflicting info online as to what to get. Most folks say get a Gotoh ABR bridge with USA measurement, and a tailpiece with metric measurement. Is that right?

    Where should/can I get a set?

My setup looks just like this:

Stewmac provides precise measurements of the hardware they sell.

Fwiw, I replaced a USA Gibson ABR that was original hardware on an Elitist LP with a Gotoh Nashville style bridge that has a longer saddle adjustment than the ABR; I was able to install the new bridge on the old thumb wheel posts.

If you want superior quality, buy a Tonepros bridge and tailpiece.

The bridge on your (op) guitar looks like a Nashville style bridge even though the mounting screws don"t have bushings in the guitar top.
