While watching a video on youtube I noticed mike isn't using his usual savage blitz 50 (though stone is) and trentino amp. I notice a 65 amp and something else right next to it. Can anyone help me identify which 65 amp model and what the red amp is right next to it? thanks in advance.

Isn't that a Satellite? I could be wrong, but I think the 65 is an Empire.

He changes amps alot. He goes back to the Marshall and Bassman sometimes too.

There's a Savage combo under the Empire too.

Dan from 65amps posted that he had just sent an empire to Mike and then posted a pic from the gig in Wisconsin .

I was at the show on Saturday night in Alpine Valley. I noticed the Satellite on stage as well - red sparkle too! Very cool to see another player out there touring with them. He sounded fantastic.

I wonder if Mike got into the Satellites after hearing Jonny Two Bags with them from Social D after they toured together last year?

Mike's a huge Social D fan from all i've heard, that same thought went thru my mind when i saw the amp on stage.
I should not have missed PJ20. Bad mistake. Hope you enjoyed!

    cheers

Had to choose a vacation with my family over pj20, really wish that I could have been there but I'm pretty sure that I made the right choice. Would love to hear mike's tone with the new setup.
