i liked it. Actually better than u was expecting. Seems like it may have been part of her roots repertoire. And as far as forced accent...pretty sure it ain't fake...

Stevie has a great voice too. But no denying the vibrato gives it a goat like quality. :D

Exactly. Just listen to her talk.

Yeah fair enough. She can sing though, no doubt about that.

Absolutely mate. 99.9999999% of what we discuss here is subjective.

Oh yes, thank goodness she found a man to straighten her out; she was such a troubled, talentless hack before that.

Wow. I liked that. Never having heard her music before but knowing her by reputation, i wasn't expecting to. But I did. Let that be a lesson to me.

I think her voice is getting better as she gets older. She is clearly working on her vocals. That said, I'm still not overly enthusiastic about the timbre of her voice. Something about it doesn't feel quite there for me, but I can understand why others would like it.

Remember she's one generation removed from whatever southern milieu her daddy crawled out of.

Not for me, it's is a good cover though for sure. But FWIW I think it's the band that makes it good.

I love seeing "pop" stars who have the chops to pull it off live without the studio crutch.

Take a listen to Pink or Megan Trainor just singing along with an acoustic guitar.

Nicks has/had a mediocre voice. She skated because men were smitten with her. To me, she fouled up a lot of great music by Buckingham and McVie. Comparisons of Cyrus and Nicks are without merit, in my view.

I don't especially care for Miley's work but her voice is actually, technically, a very solid voice. I don't have to care for her performance to see how great the voice is.

What I can't figure out is how her voice could be that much better than her father.
