Reading through another thread, the opinion was offered that tonebender mkII's sound better with humbuckers. Any other opinions? I play an Anderson hollow classic but would love to put a mkII alongside my '69. Also, would an mkII be best into a clean amp, or one on the edge of breakup?

    thanks

Page did just fine with the Tele and MKII! I think it sounds fine with both. I prefer the MKII into a clean amp, the cleaner the better in my opinion.

:messedup They sound great with either. MKII into clean amp is best.

    Lumpy,

Cool, because your mkII is calling my name. I hope it will play nice with my Tophat Club Royale, '69 and Timmy. I tend to run the amp a little hairy though, so I'll have to clean that up some. Thanks
