Sweetwater sent mine today. With an expression pedal and digitech FS300 3-way switch.
    I hope I love it, but 1/2 hope I don't.
I think the rotary, trem, availability of user presets, foot control, and mix control will more than make up for the fact that most modulation is for weanies.

I agree. I want to hear about this one... I have the Timefactor and it rocks.

doh! I was psyched for the TC Modulator to come out, now I don't know what to do. The Eventide is $150 more, do you guys think it's worth it? The extra presets is a big bonus, but how about sound quality?

I wonder why the manual isn't up yet on there website yet? I've got one on order and am curious to see how it functions. I was able to read up on the Timefactor before I got it.

I'm tempted by this thing as it could possibly replace some pedals I have and fill out my remaining "needs", but the phaser demos I've seen so far sound underwhelming. Looking forward to hearing more and (hopefully) having that issue disappear.

Just received my order confirmation from Musictoyz! With as good as the TimeFactor sounds and based on Eventide's reputation and excellent customer service, I can't imagine the ModFactor being anything less than stellar, or they wouldn't have released it yet.

I second anxiousmofo's thoughts.....hopefully the phaser and rotary are just bad demos...cause they weren't happenin IMHO.

I am also anxiously awaiting reports on these effects.

I am a rotary/vibe novice, which may explain it, but I find the rotary sample (http://www.eventidestompboxes.com/ModFactorDemo) to sound watery and quite good

At the end of the day, I think there are too many different cool sounds available in one box to pass up

Ah, why not. I ordered a second one. I'll post pictures of my 2xTF, 2xMF board later this week. I'm all about symmetry.
