mojave coyote brown tones

    Thanks for checking my clips out at the Mojave forum, BTW

    Was that the camera mic, or did you do anything special, because the sound was great

    hey your scorpion clip was so cool because it was NOT brown sound and an interesting style for that tone!

    but as far as micing, i can plug phantom powered condenser mics right into my camera's XLR inputs, so i put a studio projects C1 on the "drier" cab coming from the coyote, and a MXL super cheapo mic on the crate combo i was using for the "wetter" side, and panned them accordingly.

    i'm not a shredder or a super smooth soloist over changes like you or scott l, not even close, but i would LOVE to have a two rock to compliment my mojave!

    for my tastes they are the two amps that would best serve my tone interests.

    this is a pre-power dampening coyote. no loop. all fx hit the front end.

    hotplate on -8,
    hughes and kettner 1x12 gh30 cab

    So no OD pedal of any kind? The drive is all the Coyote?
