Smoldering hard rock version, with a nice nod to Edgar Winter's "Frankenstein."

I was in the camp that didn't fully appreciate his genius until he was gone. Now I'm just more and more astonished every day.

Gotta love 3rd Eye Girl. He really came with the rock guitars in his last few years. Thanks for the post

I found this gem from 2006. My favorite Prince "gals" all together...Lisa, Wendy & Sheila E (lord, I had a crush on Sheila E. in college).

Brilliant - thanks for posting this!
Despite his Raspberry Beret & Batdance stuff, deep down in his core I really think Prince was a straight up rock'n'roller, through & through.

That drum set was brutalized, with either Sheila E or the other drummer playing. Well done.

There is a graphic of what he normally used floating around. Distortion is supposed to be Boss DS-2.

That was great! That's some of the best live tone I've heard from him compared to other clips with the cloud guitars.
