Outstanding! I always find a reason on here to give up completely. :( Great stuff Ed. Makes me wish I wasn't born in the sticks where guitar instruction meant taking lessons from a geriartric fellow in an old suit and violin.

Gosh ed..........i prefer it SO much more when you start rhythm comping and playing in a groove, the beedily beedily stuff and guitar tricks style makes me lose interest rapidly.

id so love to hear some killer rhythm playing fused with scintillating and intense licks without resorting to noodling around or clever licks ......................go on do it ed !!

    :dude

your playing is top notch as ever bro.

    Great stuff Ed!
It might be my computer monitor playing trick s on me, but when your fret board hits the light, it looks like your neck is slightly scalloped? Is it? DO tell...

Also give us the low donw on what guitar it is and what you have int he neck and middle positions...

Again great stuff...that Flexi sounds awesome.....

Loved the beedily beedily stuff as well as the chordal ideas. Great tone and playing. I just wish my hands were that big :(

    Hi

    It all sounded great.
Personally I preferred the sound when you kicked the SD9 off.
I would guess that even a Toneguru like Mike Landau would have been very pleased with a "stratcrunch" like that!

Seems like an amp to my taste.

    /Peter

ps I´m always looking forward to your clips, as I kind of grew tired of "wellbehavedLAsunshinefusionballads" during the 80´s...
John Ziegler is also a guy who´s musically "weird" (no offense!) enough to suit my taste ds

Nope no scalloping, just grime. :)
It's a Jap RI-Strat body trem and middle pick-up. neck is a Warmoth, bridge pick-up is a Li'l 59er, and neck is a Texas Special.
    Thanks for checking it out.
