Joe makes some of the finest sounding amps on the planet. I can hardly wait to see what he comes up with next. Nice playing btw.

    Cool video John!

glad you are enjoying the amp.

The amp is a little bit of marshall 18 and a little bit of marshall 20 and a little bit of ac30. Not really a clone of anything really.

    Sounds killer, Jon!!!
You and I seem to write alot of similar style stuff.
I've got a couple very similar progressions- wicked!
That tele and amp are such a great combo.

Wow Jon, that was a really cool demo.

That MV23 sounds great and I really like the b-bender plus Memory Man..a little Lanois in there.

    Great playing as usual.

The Morgan MV23 sounds sweeeet..... very versatile head that gives you everthing from voxy cleans and to almost JCM 800 like cranked tones. It's darn loud but can hit the sweet spot at lower volumes do to it's great master. Plus, it' s fairly compact, which is nice. I think this amp will garner much acclaim, as people become more familiar with it.

    hey John!

You played the MV3.8K which is a completely different amp than the MV23.

    the 23 is a 2xEL84 amp the MV3.8 is a 4X EL84 amp.

The 23 can be really punchy and get over a band easily but the 3.8 is way bigger.

    Fun hanging out.

    Joe

I found plenty of amps that sound allot better then any Morgan I'm I've ever auditioned. The top dogs in guitar amplifiers are 3-Moneys, Blankenship, Retro King, The New 65 Empire and Divided by 13. There are more good sounding amps but the Morgans are not close to matching whits with the top dogs I just mentioned.

    Discrete Ear I guess.
