Yeah baby, it's that time of year again :knitting

This year has been so rainy and everything was pretty much soaked, and then if you camped out, there were 300,000 zillion mosquitos flying around looking for lunch.

If you've never been there before, just look at the pictures know that you just saved $65.

Here are some pics of tons of neat bikes, lots of Japanese which are one of my favs, but lots of other English and other brands too > :red

    Nice bikes and photos!
Seeing that great red CBX....a friend broadsided a cow many years ago on one, bike still sits unrepaired in another friend's garage. It's a bit of a long running joke.:)

Man I need to get down there for vintage motorcycle days one of these years. I miss AMA Superbikes being there too. I enjoyed watching Miguel Duhamel there.

Great times for sure. I didn’t go this year but I’ve been there a bunch. Raced the grass race too. Big fun.

Great racing and well covered by local news & sports but i usually got my mud track racing fix at Helser's in North Webster (much closer), especially when a coworker was racing there. He missed so much work due to injuries, he was finally "convinced" to give it up. Never raced nationally though.
Hey, does this thread remind anyone else of Little Faus and Big Halsey?
    :D

The last time I was at Mid-Ohio a wheel flew off an Indy car at 150 mph. Went over the fence and zipped a few feet from my head. It was stopped by a tree. Luckily no injuries to anyone.

Nationally ranked riders run there, huge crowds. It's kinda in the middle of nowhere but st joseph, great tourist town, is close for hotels, ect.
Unless you take a tent or travel trailer?

I'm glad I didn't go. A few years ago on Saturday, we watched the radar and predicted that it would stop raining as we got there. It turned out to be true and my son, on the back of my bike, didn't have any rain boots for the ride down. Anyway, after being there for a good while, he started to complain about his feet and his socks and shoes were soaked. His feet were swollen and rubbed raw and we had to pack it in. Still had a good time.

One of the best sounding bikes ever, imo.

I somehow completely forgot about this. I was out riding and crashing my dirtbike in other parts of Ohio.
