    Allright kids.....
I just got my BADASS Durham Electronics Mucho Boosto
and as you may imagine its AMAZING.....
    However....
I have it last in my chain as a preamp/boost
    My chain is:
    Comp
    Fuzz
    OD
    Trem
    Delay
    pre/boost

I'm wondering if it should be earlier like right after the Dirt pedals?
and let them cascade so to speak?
    thoughts?

I've been informed that you other sufferers of GAS
want to know EXACTLY what my chain is....
    so be it:

    Barber Tone Press
    Fulltone '69
    Keeley Mod Sparkledrive
    Supa Trem
    Dan- Echo
Mucho Boosto ( I think it'll end up by the dirt)
into a Fender PJ pushing a pair of Eminence Redbacks in a Avatar 2x12 cab
    its purty damn suh-weet....
    peace

i sold my mucho boosto. It could barely do unit gain. In minimum drive settings it woun't even get to unity. The tone was great though.

This was a complaint from some users of the Boosto so I took care of it. The new Mucho Boosto in the small package has 100% more level and 25% more gain. Same tones as before with a lot more of it. The original Boosto was designed to be a unity level pedal, this works great for some players but other would like headroom. With the new model you will find unity level just under 12:00 and 100% level boost from there.

The new one is smaller and much louder. I might try it to replace my sex drive. It seems to sound similar as a low level clean boost, but it has the option of adding more drive and tone adjustment.

I wanna try a MB now in the small package. I wonder how similar it is to the XTS Precision Multi-Drive?

I think I found another Rich Robinson Black Crowes rhythm tone pedal contender, the Mucho Boosto. From about 1:12 until around 1:37 it reminds me of Rich's classic tone. Question for Al Durham, will the newer small sized MB get the same sound at the settings shown during those times in the video?

I couldnt stand it anymore. I picked up a used one to see how it sounds with my set up. Love my Sex Drive, but thought for low volumes it might be nice to swap the two. Now I will probably want to try the Zia!

I've been interested in this pedal for some time. Glad Al made the changes.

I've had a Sex Drive for a couple years, and it's a deserted island pedal for me.

I have a Luxury Drive in front of my Boosto and as the battery starts to wane it gives the MB a fuzzy raggedness that at 1st wasnt my cup of tea
but its kinda cool now....thinking about running my Lumpy '73 boost full tilt boogie and then the Luxury on the sag knob PP2 turned down...might be fun! how many boosts can i have on one board?
