I have 2 16 Ohm, 2x12 and 1 8 ohm 2x12 cab. I want to connect them all to a orange thunder 100 is there a way to do this? possibly a cable that wires the cabs in series or parallel? or would I have to make two boxes wired series or parallel? I want to option without rewiring them to run each individually.

What is the output impedance on your head? If you plug them all in parallel you would have 4ohms.

....and you really need to think about *polarity* also....

what is the ohm of each speaker. because you can have different impedances from the actual speaker impedance.

Agreed on 4Ω. Just parallel all three cabinets into one 4Ω output and you should be rockin.
