Do you know of any cab makers who provide multiple wiring schemes for a single cab?

    4x10" (or 12") - 16 ohm speakers:

    1) Series/Parallel - 16 ohms
    2) Parallel/Series - 16 ohms
    3) Parallel/Parallel - 4 ohms
    4) 2 pairs 2x10 in parallel for 8 ohms each (so you can run two head into the cab at 8 ohm each)
    5) nice to have -- a couple of 1x10 inputs to run multiple heads at 16 ohms simultaneously
    ...

I know that seems like a lot of jacks, but I think it would be cool to have a cab that could match most heads/provide versatility.

I've seen that, but I'm talking about matching using wiring only -- no load box type thing between the head and cab. Just wiring schemes.

I think you could probably do that by using a 4PDT switch on your existing cabinet, though the link I would send you to is back at home
