Looks like an older Rickenbacker model actually. Too much tulip and not enough Jetsons in that to be an Albert Lee.

Talbo's are super cool, but i doubt i'd pay more than $600 for one.
Nothing at all like the Albert Lee, but still cool.

IIRC The Talbo was Re-Issued in the late 90s. I don't think they're ugly at all.

Here's some double Talbo action. Not only do we have Susumu Hirasawa playing a Talbo guitar, but bassist Teruo Nakano playing a Talbo bass. The Talbo is a trademark of Hirasawa's and he can be seen playing one in most of the footage of him filmed after '85.
