MXR '74 Phase 90 bypass question

Does MXR '74 Phase 90 reissue (the one without the LED) affect the tone when bypassed?

Yes. If you have a buffered pedal (Boss etc) in front of it, you will probably not hear it, though. But if it's at a point where the guitar pickups can "see" it directly, it will shave off some treble.

Analog man sells them modded with true bypass, FYI. A LED too if you want.
