Is this a new pedal on the market?

There's no such thing as coincidence..

Irony however, that's a whole other thing (from Bonamassa's Vertex Board that was never meant to be...):

In an interview I read a few days ago, Bonamassa was talking about his new setup, which consists of only 3 pedals: his signature wah, a tc electronic chorus to split the signal and a modified Green Rhino custom made by Jeorge Tripps.

So this may be that modified Green Rhino with a 500Hz control knob; the GR has a 100Hz knob to emphasize low frequencies. 500Hz should emphasize or cut low-mids, I guess.

So this IS real... I just got a Jetter Red 2, which covers my "D" style needs quite well, but recently have become a fan of Way Huge stuff. I might just pick this up to see how well it will do it!

I don't like the name, but it looks nice. I sure hope it sounds more like a Zendrive than a modified Tubescreamer (as suggested above) though. If the price point is at around $150 and it can deliver the goods, I might be a player.

Exactly my thoughts. If anyone is going to make this "affordable", MXR/Tripps will.

Here's the interview in which he talks about that modded Green Rhino he's been using lately
    LINK

I supposse that the fact that Joe Bonamassa plays this pedal doesn't necessarily mean it's going to make it to the production stage.

This is not a new production Way Huge pedal (yet). It was a custom one off modded Green Rhino Tripps built for him. There was a thread about this pedal a few months ago and it was confirmed to just be a custom at the time.

There are a few other WH customs out there too.

Yeah, I don't think this is going to be making its way to us. But I would love it if it did.

I do find it interesting that Dunlop was the one to retweet this. Gotta be some fire with this "smoke".
