Just arrived!! :) Thank you Aimish for modifying my Memory Lane Jr's for synchronous tap and feedback control!! :) I was looking for a dual delay to replace the .8 + 1/4 setting on my Nova Delay. I wanted the ability to fine tune the feedback and to take the .8 out of the signal as needed.

I'm doing this with two Deluxe Memory Boys. Right now I have a DMB and a DL4, which I modded to have external tap jacks, but I'm going to get a second DMB. I just love the sound.

Having two delays in time is really useful!

I'm doing it myself! I built a tap tempo box with 3 inputs to have them both hooked up, as well as my Tap-a-Whirl. I also rewired the original tap switch on the DMB's to function as the tap divide button. It's super useful. I don't have to bend down to switch the tap divide.

    No it doesn't use a pt2399.

From their website: "The MLJr digital sampling engine's sole function is to copy, delay and reproduce the delay path signal with no mathematical manipulation at all - and unlike standard digital designs, there are no digital anti-aliasing and reconstruction filters. All signal paths around the sampling engine (direct path, feedback path and everything before and afterthe digital sampler) are analog paths carefully designed to provide a unique sonic signature that is unmistakably the Memory Lane Jr."

He did do the mods for me and has been super cool!! :) He got them out to me the day I sent him the funds!! Now that's class... Labeled and everything. I think we exchanged about 30 emails back and forth too and answered a bunch of questions. I have a Diamond Comp as well and I am already trying to find an excuse to buy another... probably either a Trem or a QL.

I have three Diamond pedals- Memory Lane, Comp and Halo Chorus. Fantastic pedals and Aimish is a fantastic help. Recently solved a problem for me that made my setup sound 100% better. Great products and great people.

Synchronous tap means I tap one pedal and it send my tap signal to the other pedal so one delay can cascade into the other one in series.

Feedback is the amount of repeats, it has can external mod that I can control that rate via expression knob or pedal.

    Hope that Helps!!

I had Dan Burgess make me a Dual Foot Knob expression unit to control feedback on both units independently.
