    Nice guitar!

    Let me be the first to ask the inevitable question;

    When you say “burst”, do you mean one of approximately 1700 Les Paul guitars made between 1958-1960 with a a sunburst finish?

    Or,
    Do you mean any old Les Paul that sports a sunburst finish?

    Or, any guitar of any make that has a sunburst finish? I have a few, most that aren't LPs.

    Yeah, that is sickening...
    Definitely one of the prettiest I have seen.
    Fiddle-back flame is my favorite.

    That fingerboard is really dark..in lieu of clarification from the OP I’m sayin it’s a burst.

    That one is a looker. I like the ones that run a little more to browns and yellow and less to red. Perfect!

    How about a nice tobacco burst?

    There's a bit of flame in there, it just doesn't photograph very well.

    I love LP Customs. Out of curiosity, is yours very heavy?

    7.9lb!

    But it has a dirty secret - it's a late 80s model with a lot less wood than a standard Custom. Here's the side view:

    Dude this literally made my heart skip haha...... what a gorgeous LP. That flame is absolute perfection. The color/flame/finish is just gorgeous. What's the model and year?

    Does anybody else feel that they might need therapy after seeing photos of Ops burst? LOL.... Makes me weak in the knees man. Let's hope it sounds and plays as good as it looks!
