    Hi everyone,
I've had some clips of my instrumental trio thumpR up for couple of years on Youtube, and now finally have released an album of new songs. Please visit CDBaby where snippets of the tunes can be previewed.
It's only 7 tracks but I'm pretty proud of the production and the direction the band has taken since we first got together, I think the music has a range of styles that tie together nicely. I hope you can check it out.
    Cheers,
    Simon

Edit: first track off CD here:

Thanks John, hope you like it!
Hmm, looks like iTunes got my band name wrong, they've spelled it the same as another artist, hopefully that will get sorted out soon :jo

Thanks guys. The Youtube clips are obviously just live takes from a few years ago whereas the CD features all different songs with overdubs, layering, editing etc and is a more crafted affair.

Cheers, if anyone is interested it's all my Fender Japan Thinline into the studio's Orange AD30. My pedalboard changed a bit during the recording but there are two drive pedals made by Rewog (TGP member) that are used throughout.

Not sure if you're referring to the youtube clips (old tunes, boring performances) or the CD (fresh new material, style and performances! and I might recoup some costs!) but thankyou very much for listening:)

My copy "Echo Papa Alphabet" arrived a couple of days ago.. and I have to say I'm liking it a lot.

There's some really fresh sounding stuff on there, clever use of effects and some great playing by 3 of Perth's best.
Some very tasty slide work on "Jus' Wonderin' " too.

Simon, you need to get some YouTube clips up of the new tunes.. or maybe a live performance.

I can't find it on iTunes BTW.. tried thumpR and Echo Papa Alphabet.

Well done. I rarely make it through an entire YouTube clip, but you made it easy and enjoyable!

thanks Greg, regarding the iTunes availability you can only find it on the US store, when I signed up through CD Baby I was in a bit of a hurry and didn't realise that once it is released I can't make any changes to availability settings (they still haven't fixed the band name spelling, it's been nearly a month!)

    Crazy..
I can see it at the link you posted, but there seems to be no search of iTunes on my phone that will show it.
I was going to be lazy and download another copy, rather than burn the CD.. :)
