Hi, all. I just released my single album "Second Chance"
All the guitars were recorded using Suhr Reactive Load + Ownhammer Impulse Response. If you're into rock instrumental records, you might like it!
    Enjoy :)

I dig it. Can I make one minor suggestion? I wish the first few leads were pushed out more front a bit in the mix (the ride is pretty heavy in that first 40 second segment), perhaps a touch more treble on that guitar in post and maybe up a little in the mix? I LOVED the way your guitar lept out when you started ripping around 2:40.

I really like your choice of chords and willingness to land on a less conventional note at times- sounds mean and creative in all the right ways.

EDIT: I like it even more on the second listen. Agree that the guitar in the second half pops a bit more!

Hey, thank you kind sir! Being a guitar player, I can't help but have a tendency of bringing guitars up front and because of that, I try to counteract that instinct when I mix haha. In the last solo, I played a Suhr Classic S which is definitely a brighter guitar than the one I used for the rest of the lead.
I appreciate your suggestions. Now that I know what makes a good balance, I'll try and incorporate that to my next project!
    Thanks for checking out :)
