My first NGD post: Murphy Labs

I've owned some pretty great guitars over the past 50 years; among them some really nice Les Pauls.

I've never owned one like this though...... '59 Murphy Lab with Ultra Light aging......un-f'ing-real tone, feel and vibe. If they're all this good.....the hype (and price) is (are) well deserved.

They're great aren't they. I have a blonde ultra light aged es335. I picked the lightest one they had with the darkest fretboard. killer guitars. Enjoy, yours looks a cracker.

Congrats! So beautiful guitar! I reacently bought a es-335 ULA Murphy Lab so I can confirm that these are exceptional guitars. Well worth the big price tag.

Looks great! Surprised by the amount of checking for ultra light aged - are they all done the same? I can't imagine it being any denser on the heavy aged ones.
