my latest project - hollow T/ Bigsby/ 'trons

    "My name is Curly ... and I can't stop doing guitar projects" :D

    here's my latest, and most custom project -- a hollow T with TV Jones Classics in P90 covers, and a Bigsby:

    I'm elated with the way all the elements tied together. I have to give credit to Tommy @ USA Custom for the neck & body, and to my luthier, Fred Marotta.

    haha ... yup, they're like first cousins :)
    I certainly didn't originate the idea, but I'm happy with my own twist on the theme. :)

    I plugged it into my tweed Deluxe and Victoria Double Deluxe, and it sounds great. A little hotter than my strat with 'trons, and the taper on the pots seems different, so I'm going to take a look at that.

    I would've been happy with a plain top, but Tommy picked the top out of his maple stash. I was floored by the burst too.
