my xmas present to myself! alejandro cervantes has figured out how to make an extremely convincing and musical crossover classical guitar at a ridiculous price. i splurged for the Signature model with the fancy cocobolo back and sides and higher grade spruce top, but his 'regular' paracho-made crossovers are 95% of this guitar. it doesn't hurt that he is a fine musician himself, so he really gets what the player needs.

i highly recommend you check out his guitars, whether the traditional models or the crossovers...

Nice. Did you pick that up in the Los Angeles area? I would like to try one out.
