My new favorite Tolex cleaner

I wound up getting an older Traynor for someone that had been sitting in a practice space (a dirty one) for quite a while and was pretty grungy. I've heard of people using Armorall on Tolex, but I really don't like dressing type stuff for any vinyl or plastics or anything like that. I detailed cars on the side for a few years and got really into high end detailing products, and found my favorite thing for cleaning dashes and interior plastics was this stuff called Einszett 1Z Cockpit Premium. It's just a cleaner, not a dressing so it doesn't get greasy or anything, just clean and matte. I figured if it will clean dashes and lcd screens I'd try it on the Traynor, and I was really impressed. Cleaned it up perfectly, left the Tolex exactly how it should be. I love good products that multitask!

I'll have to look for that, where do they sell it?

I found that lint rollers work well to clean the sticky dope on speakers (do not use on paper). They seem to collect every little piece of lint and dust and a removed single sheet lightly pushed on and ripped off works well.

I've never seen Einszett stuff locally (unless you have specialty detailing shops around) but I usually get most of my car detailing chemicals from Autogeek.net. Like I said, I swear by the stuff for interior plastics on cars of all finishes (matte, smooth, glossy, clear plastic on nav screens, gauge clusters, etc) so I figured it would would do the trick on Tolex. I'll have to try the lint roller trick too, that sounds like it would work well.
