    I've got a wonderfully relic'ed 2001 Honda that I'll sell you for the low price of 15k. All of its dents and dings just scream mojo.

    Sure, it's a hardtail, 7.25" radius neck, faded Fiesta Red,
    with split humbuckers, push/pull pots
    Mad House Design pickups

    Always liked the feel of vintage Fenders,
    but always dug the sound of a Gibson.

    No hate here at all. I truly hope the OP loves his new guitar. That doesn't stop me from taking a friendly poke at relic'ing though.
