i plan to use the fiscus for clean tones and the clubber 45 for semi to dirty tones haha

i was thinking about making two 2X12 cabs but can imagine a 4x10 OR 1X15

What kind of amps are those? I don't think I've ever seen them before.

    Any clips of the Clubber?
How much gain is on tap? More classic rock flavor or does it get to Hotcat levels of gain?
    Dare I say metal-ish?

No clips but with the three gain stages in the amp it can go from very nice cleans all the way up to great overdriven tones. I can't really compare it to a Hot Cat but the Clubber 30 really shines in the high gain arena.

hey jemlite, the snider's still here and won't go anywhere... it's the perfect club/recording amp... i recorded our last demo / album almost only with the chicago and a few pedals... furthermore to me, the snider remains one of the most original amp i've heard, it really has its own "voice" ha...ha...

but i'm having bigger and bigger gigs with my band which got me to get a louder set up... nuthin to do with sound by itself but when we play bigger venues i like to get the air moving behind me and not thru p.a. furthermore, our soundman agrees with me ...:dude

come on guys, any ideas for the speaker combination....

    hey jason
you're running your clubber thru 2 blues... haha, i wondered how it would fit... i'm much after a cleaner tone maybe i'll wait the new golds to try em out... i was even thinking about 2 alnico fanes...
Regarding the clubber... even though it really excells at gainy lead tones, the cleans are awesome too, much more bassy and marshally, i'd say, just fatter, bigger, but still "vintage" dare i say... it doesn't has the kind of sparkle the fiscus has but' it's semi cleans are nice... just very different.

    hey distortion... cool amp...
fortunaly, rick won't make amps anymore... those overbuilt are really addictive... even worst than rosted peanuts... you know when you start... but:jo

hey, jason i was gasing really bad for a fiscus when i "only" had that clubber too... i guess you won't resist... haha

huh and once again, this rig won't replace the snider in any way, i just use em both in a different way... the snider's grab and go + versatility is hard to beat, it's only limit was it's wattage to me, although i've never heard a 2xel84 being thaaaaaaaaaaaat loud... no bedroom amp here

HUH HEY COME ON GUY ANY SPEAKERS IDEAS... i'm really scratching my head about the fiscus... one of the best "clean" tone i've heard... but wonder about the speakers (type _ configuration) that would magnify that clean character....

So far I've ran my Fiscus with (in order of best to worst)

Celestion Blues (2x12 Avatar oversized closed back)
Celestion Blues (2x12 Avatar open back)
    Celestion V30's ((2)1x12 closed back)
Celestion V30's (2x12 Avatar oversized closed back)
Celestion V30's (2x12 Avatar open back)
Celestion V30's (4x12 Mesa Recto oversized)
    Celstion G12-35L (2x12 open back)

    The blues just sound incredible!
Right now I'm in heaven running the Avatar Vintage Premier closed back 2x12 w/ the blues, and (2) 1x12 cabs w/ V30's on either side of the 2x12.

    Sounds HUGE!!!
