Thanks. I wasn't a huge fan of the gold at first, but it's growing on me.

It's amazing to me how much sweeter this guitar is compared to my American Deluxe. It feels like a truly professional instrument. Custom Shop rocks! I don't know who owned this guitar before me, but it was built in 2003 and looks like no one had ever played it. Perfect, mint condition.

Oh man, thanks for making me nervous. I hadn't even thought about that. But, the guitar is going to get played, so if the gold tarnishes or whatever, well, that's life, and not really a big deal to me as long as the hardware doesn't fail anytime soon. Anything else I should watch out for?
