I've never purchased online but I'd trust West Chester Music to pick out a guitar and ship it to me sight unseen. I know them, they know me and what I like and don't like and I've never been disappointed in anything I've bought from them.

Nothing but great service from one of the few remaining Mom and Pop shops in my area.

I've never bought a guitar from them but Musictoyz has always been really good to me for pedals and stuff. Really quick ships, good customer service. I accidentally bought two Fulltone pedals (double click) and they were SO cool about it. They could've been jerky but they weren't by any stretch of the means.

Willcutts without a doubt and I'm very sensitive to customer treatment as I've been in retail management for 36 years. Eric has taken the time on several occasions to play multiple examples of guitars for me and choose the one that he'd buy and he is a gigging musician.:AOK
