Did a quickie this morning after breakfast, still testing Guitar Rig2 trying to dial in a dumbly tone. How is it ? sorry for slop.

Wow! That sounds nice. A tad thick in a certian nasal frequency area. But just killer in any event!

    Great ideas and playing.

I may need to try it! FTP? k? lol

thanks Scott! didn't have time to screw with EQ, you're right about the nasal thingy, just a matter of tweaking. And the SDuncan JB could play a role in that tone, a bit too powerful. Can't wait for my HighOrder pup from Jeff!

    FTP yep, tonight...

Sounds great, very nice playing! I have GR2 also, and I've found some decent sounds on it, but nothing as good as this one. What kind of amp/effect setup are you using?

    Marcello,

I liked it. Good stuff, I think it fit the mood of Ed's clip very well. A bit thick in the low range stuff.

Like you said the JB's not going to help with the EQing of some of your sounds. I've got one in the bridge of my fat strat, good for some sounds but definitely not great for everything.

scott when you said : nasal frequency -my nose actually hurt-just thinking about it.

But its still a damn juicy tone-and fits great with the Friday nite vibe.

Some nice bends up hi Marcello-and overall great feel and ya keep it groovin too.

    Hi Marcello,

I think it was a very nice tone in many ways.
I also have GR2. Could you dial in some generosity and post the preset?
    It would be really appreciated.
It would be the first step for me to sound as good as you. :D

    Cheers,

    Mats N

    Hi Marcello -

That was really nice! Personally, I don't like the JB. But I think you're going to love the pickups from Jeff. :)
