I reieved a box full of unfortunately useless NOS Tung sols today. I didnt buy them and I dont know the sender. Might be from one of the 100's of ebay sellers Ive bought from in the past?

Did you think they were made where the new "Tung Sols" are made? :)

Tung Sols were made right here in New Jersey!

That's hilarious. There was no return address on the box?

I mean I'm sure someone is missing them, but how would you return them?

There is a return address. I pretty sure I purchased tubes from him before. The name is familiar. Maybe he didnt know what to do with them. While very pretty (to me) they are in fact pretty much worthless as near as I can tell. All 6 volt oddballs. Bob

6 volt? Maybe a line of 9 volt powered all tube stompboxes?

    Perhaps a TUBEscreamer?

They all use 6.3v filaments and most are diode pentodes for TV and AM/FM locators.
