    Just took delivery of a killer Marshall style amp..

    Metro/DAG "6was9" prototype.. JTM 45/100 with el34's
    Massaged with vintage caps and full set of iron from Chris Merren
    "Dirty Shirley" mod from Friedman

    UNHOLY TRINITY

    Cab under it is an early '80's JCM800 era 1936 with a pair of Crossroads

    Sitting next to my early Splawn QuickRod.
    Cab under it is an early '80's JCM800 era 1936 which has a replaced baffle with 4-10's Pair of Ceramic Blue Pups and Alnico Silver Bells.

    Quinn Sweet Thunder head with open back pine cab. Housing an "H-Bomb" set from Tone Tubby.

    Bogner Metropolis with an ASW alnico Elegante.

    1960 Gibson/Maestro GA-18 with an alnico Silver Bell.

    Modded Marshall tones
    Fender and beyond tones
    Voxy tones
    Melting Tweed tones

    Thanks all! What is a TON of fun is taking the loop out of the amps and switching between the two preamps.

    My real goal and what I am realizing right now, is that the two power sections are always on. I am really digging the preamp out of the Unholy Union in to both power sections.

    Totally HUGE and absolutely gig friendly. Even at club levels.

    This is why I love big iron amps. Just unreal.

    Looks like amp Stonehenge. I remember that Reinhardt. I found your old clips when I was researching Reinhardts. Do you still have that Tokai LP?

    I am loving the amp! I have had a TON of Marshalls ranging from '68 to '75. The cleans, though a bit different, inspire me as much as my gorgeous '75 Superbass. The subtle shades that are within a finger/pick stroke, are...
    So beautiful and amazing and can GRIND!
    I will post a clip soon. This is at the top three of the Marshalls that I have owned.
