Sweet! A shop near me just got an all original '69 Princeton in and it sounds wonderful. What was modified on yours?

Hi hi it's actually a 68 vintage modified reissue according to Fender. Would love an original though... These amps are really gems!

    That's cool. Great amps.

I didn't know that Fender put the "blacklines" on the re-issues. Pretty cool.

Congrats! I tried one of those with an American Standard Strat with the fat 50's pickups; and it was one of the most (maybe the most) glorious guitar sounds I've ever heard! I still think about those two often. I'm jealous man, those sound really good, happy NAD!

    Congrats.

I have a drip edge Princeton reverb not modified and it is a hell of a sweet amp especially for low volume playing. Crank that baby and it sounds like wheels coming off a train, great greasy overdriven tones.

It's the new '68 custom vintage modified line from Fender. Not modified, that's the name of it. The twin and the Princeton from that line are really good sounding... haven't tried the deluxe or the vibrolux, but I'd guess they're pretty great too. Although some people around here have had trouble with the deluxe's hiss and reverb, others have had no problems at all
