include "vintage" in there too, because some joe-schmoes are old enough now where they are considered just as valuable as boutiques. the TS-808 or 70s Big Muffs for instance.
So my "Guitar Center" pedal is this one:
Heck yeah I'd love to replace it with an AMT Japanese Girl Wah, but those are still too unobtanium for me to bother hunting down.
Danelctro BLT - A great slapback echo
Pearl CH-02 Chorus for Leslie sounds
Pearl OC 7 Octave Pedal - does octave up without the fuzz - just add distortion or overdrive to taste
I have had my Rat 2 since 1989 and its currently on my board after a long hiatus. 'Course its been modified (by me) so maybe that qualifies as boutique.
I also still have my very first pedal - a 1986 dunlop wah - but its in disrepair.
Thanks,
Dual JRC 4558 op-amps. I use it at a low overdrive setting and with a touch of outlevel boost. I cut the midrange hump just a notch with the parametric EQ. Use it both with single coils and humbuckers.
I love the boards with the diamonds, strymons, eventides...and the danelectro fish n chips or some other VERY inexpensive mass produced pedal,,,if it sounds good it sounds good, period!
