I am not sure which you are referring to, but the PodCat is a stereo Ipod amplifier that looked like a mini head amp. One knob, but he said he may add a tone stack to it when they go into production. Novel, but cool. Was that a Bad Cat Preamp?
Honestly, I am not sure....I took the photo for the wiring example and didn't pay attention to what it was. It sure looks like a preamp, but I can't be sure. If you email them the photo, and tell them it was in the glass case at the show, I am sure they can tell you.The one that was open on top. It was in a 2 space rack encloser with no power tubes.
Looks like you kept busy! Great photos.I finally got around to posting some photos from NAMM.
Some random photos....I thought you guys might like to see them.

From the pics I think Diamond and Dean were best of show for me...Were there any cute girls???![]()
I think the turret board pedal was a custom pedal, but he said some of their regular pedals use the same setup. Having cast standoffs in the boxes is way cool, they are really well designed. The cost is pretty high for something out of asia, but they are pretty cool and sounded great(in the noisy show).
I might get one to check it out.
