Need a delay with tap tempo

I've got two delays now; a dd-6 I got for $35 and one of those first acts I got for $30.

I figure I can sell the dd-6 and get a new delay that HAS to have a tap tempo. Must be under $150. Not averse to used.

Suggestions?

Boss DD7 or Hardwire DL8. Also, a used TC Electronics Repeater is great, I sold one for $135. It has the best tap tempo features out there for the $.

I got my EH Memory man w Hazarai for around $150 - 160 (forgot).
I've definitely seen them here for $150.

DD-5 or DD-7 both have expression inputs for a tap tempo.

I don't know about the dd-5, but a separate expression pedal is not always needed in the dd-7. You go with a basic level, time, feedback and if you hold the pedal down for 2 seconds, you can tap tempo on the fly. That's what I do-just leave it like that and tap for different songs. They sound great, are quiet, and I've seen them for under 120 around here.

You can do that with the DD-6 too, but he wasn't happy with that. Wants dedicated tap pedal :)

Used Nova Delay is a really god option, but they are usually 180. A DD-20 would be a good choice, too.
