I have a Schecter PT that came with Seymour Duncan Sh-2 Jazz neck and an SH-4 JB in the bridge.

I really like the SH-2 neck pickup. I don't care for the JB much on cleans. It's too middy and woofy, too much juice too for my amp.

What I want is some spanky treble cleans and a nice overdriven tone.

I am thinking maybe the SH-2B Jazz bridge or a Pearly Gates.

I could also go the GFS route but am not sure which GFS would work?

Any advice on a good bridge pickup that will fit that? I don't need a high end esoteric hand wound, dimarzio. duncan, rockfield, GFS are all on the table for options.

I think the SH-2B Jazz bridge is what I am looking for.

    Maybe a Dimarzio Air Classic?

I really like Duncan pickups and find the clips on their site to be very accurate. I went with a pair of 59s for my guitar but for your needs I'd recommend the Alnico II Pro. To me it sounds clearer and spankier than the Jazz or Pearly Gates.

Hmmm......gonna put the APH-1 on the list. That should match well with a Jazz neck eh?

+1 on the Anico II, best humbucker on the planet for the money, hands down. Will basically put out exactly what you feed it, from country to Slash tones. Should go well with the SH-2.

Suhr pickups from what I've recently heard. Been looking to pick up one and have been most impressed by the pickups.

Jay @ GFS recommends the Dream 180's for my guitar. Any thoughts on GFS?
