IMO that is normal for today's guitars. I never noticed it as much on older guitars but lately I see it more.
I have a 2006 Les Paul that has a similar rosewood fretboard. My 1986 SG has nowhere near that many pores.

I'm just guessing here but Guitar manufacturers probably avoided using super porous rosewood in the past but now use it more commonly.

I have a brand new Gibson Les Paul being delivered today. I wonder what the fretboard will look like.

I have a 2001 ibanez with a FB that looks very much like yours. Has played great for decades. I wouldn't worry.

Can you just see the photo in the first link on my original post. The line between the 5 and 4 string before the first fret. I was affraid its a crack. is that also a pore? I am asking because i have always played maple.

I don't love it. I'd pass, otherwise it would constantly bug me.

Me, too. If it bugs you, wick some water-thin CA in it and razor it flush. Or just keep an eye on it, knowing the fix is that easy if it starts to move.

Totally normal. I’d even say it’s a very nice one. I recommend rubbing a little bore oil once every 6 months or so for conditioning.

If someone worries about such a tiny thing, how do they deal with really bad things, like burnt toast!! I mean, that piece of bread is RUINED!

Why buy something if there's something annoying about it?

That looks fine. Every cut of wood is going to be different and its no different in this case. Nothing wrong with that fingerboard at all!
