I got a WET Stereo V2 a few months ago. Had the v1 stereo a good while ago but sold it. Really love the pedal. I'm playing at church now and it sounds great w/ my delays for swells/ambient pads. It occurred to me that if I got the EXP pedal, I could have more great Neunaber effects to use as well as two presets for each of those effects. So, just ordered one. I will definitely load up Shimmer , WET, Chorus and possibly Infinite hold. If you have a v2 Stereo pedal and the EXP, what do you have running? How's this working for you? It seems pretty easy to program and tweak in real time. Looking forward to it.

    Wet, Shimmer, Echo, Infinite Hold.

I wish there was a good way to control infinite hold time separately from reverb decay for the not-looped signal. But it would require an additional knob.

I tried them all and settled on wet (stock), wet (mod knob), wet (I forget), chroma (stock). Software has a few options for each.

    Wet > Shimmer > Wet > Chroma

My favorite sound is the shimmer without the shimmer. There's something about it that I like better than the Wet for the LONG decay time stuff. The second wet isn't for ambient, it's short decay times.

For the long decay stuff I have the yellow preset have the longest decay time and then the purple is the same preset but with a lowered decay time so it will fade out nicely when I want it to.

I use mine as my only FX processor apart from a tuner and volume pedal.

    I have Reverb / Soft Scatter Echo / .8th Delay / Chorus

Yellow preset of each is a subtle setting and purple is intense

I have thought about the Exp pedal but I am not sure if I am really all that interested in the other Neunaber offerings. I really just wanted to Stereo wet. With that said, I was unaware that you could have the wet on multiple effect patches. I thought that each effect had to be different.

Yes... please do. Interest piqued here.

Like, very low mix? Is there a way to control the amount of shimmer separate from the mix level? Thank you for clarifying for us.

its sad you cant use two effects simultaneously....and equally a pity I have to sell my WET to get the EXP to work..

and yea the main point...what's shimmer without shimmer?

Shimmer-less reverb is the WET, I believe.

Yes, the shimmer knob controls the level of the octaves being fed back into the reverb (shimmer). Then you have mix and depth for the reverb.
