Ok, my tits are officially flipping now.
Oto have kinda sorta been on this path for years . The Reverb is undoubtedly the best sounding reverb I’ve heard . The small room setting......I struggle to find the superlatives for .
I stand corrected, just saw the new post with the Meris logo and Stereo I/O. I'd agree it seems to be something Lexicon-ish.
Well, this looks like another month will be added to the time before I can retire...
Let me ponder more...if Merc7 (one of my fav reverbs) was based on the old Lex 224 that Vangelis used in Blade Runner...I’m curious how this changes things (adds automatone controls and onboard favs via midi like the Mk2...or maybe it gives additional 224X and 224XL sounds?).
Or maybe I’m completely off and it’s a brand new thing. Either way...it’s Meris and CBA and it’s gonna sound good.
maybe there's a bit of delay in there too.
That’s what I’m wondering too, as I use a Mercury7 & a Dark World for my reverbs right now and I LOVE them. Especially the M7.... Hmmm.
Is that a heart or a tuchus?
THIS IS A STEREO PEDAL FROM CHASE BLISS??!?!?!??!?!
I figure Chase Bliss will eventually build a pedal that transforms into a better guitar player than me. At the rate they're going, I give them 2 years.
Still saying Mercury 7: 2049
The Blade Runner, or Blade Reverb.
There is already a Tonal Recall, so why not? hehe
I used to own a Lexicon 224... the small / medium rooms were just jaw dropping.
is this going to sound like it? dunno.
there my 0.5 cents
I'm hoping it's a filter.
It looks very 1978 Lexicon 224-ish. I'm speculating that the extra stomp switch is "hold/sustain"...
I think I'd prefer a Blade Runner pedal to be an LFO-based synth pedal. Get those Vangelis tones!
This, and the preamp, feel a bit like luxury products for pedalworld. Strymons are mere $300 pedals now, $750 is the new frontier.
I bet they sound great.
I do too actually, but the guessing game it's moving towards reverb hehe.
Whatever it is, I am going to chuckle at you for spending 750 bucks for it...
