Ho boy. I clicked on this thinking, "How special could it really be?"
But, damn, that IS special. That's firkin fantastic.

Always have thought that if I lost my Nashville, I'd want a Baja.

That's a sharp looking 2TB! I think you're right about the neck tint.....

I typically dislike black guitars, but I did the black on black one...just wish the neck was tinted a little bit darker.

Played them at NAMM. Preferred the black one. But, even the ones on display were on he hefty side ...

Good move Fender! Looks like a black one should be heading my way later this year.

One question is why do they seem to be on the heavy side - or are they??

I know I'm in the minority here, but I really like the Baja in Desert Sand. Much better in person and a really unique Fender color. I can't recall seeing any other production Fender guitar available in Desert Sand.

that 2tb is killer! it looks way slick w/ the blackguard. interesting how fender's switched to matte blackguards these days. no more nitro over-spray. . .

:agree When I saw the title of this thread, I got a little jealous, but then I realized that my Desert Sand Baja looks better than any of the new colors. It definitely looks better in person than any picture I've seen.

Ohh I want that sunburst one! That'd be a great backup guitar for my Nocaster.

I think the Blonde would look better with a white guard BTW...

Love the blonde color... I've already got enough darker guitars...

Glad I've got a desert sand. The world doesn't need another blackguard wannabe.

Looks awesome. Never owned a baja but played several and liked everyone of them.
