Yeah it doesn't look like it is going to be a big jump either, modding what I have seems to be a better route. I am just a bit lazy when it comes to doing custom work and prefer to keep them stock (often resell), so the Am Pro is about as close as I can imagine.

I decided to do something crazy. My Miami blue HSS look so 80s to me - the colour - so I decided to put the EMG SL20 set in it, black pearl guard and all. It’s killer. Looks very LA Studio. Sounds great. Plays great.

Here you go. I find the colour pretty hard to photo. All the promo shots it looks really blue, almost Daphne, which it isn’t - it’s really got a green tint to it. With the stock mint guard its green tinted, with parchment it looks a little less more blue, with black it depends on the light, sometimes it’s blue, sometimes it’s turquoise. It’s a weird paint. Either way, this isn’t how it looks to me in the flesh. But none of the photos in this thread represent the colour well either. Most odd.
